Design end-to-end flows across mobile and web for B2C and B2B2C surfaces.. Create prototypes and ship polished solutions quickly.. Produce interaction patterns, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and prototypes.. Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to translate product requirements.. Contribute to the design system and brand updates, ensuring consistency.. Use research findings and usability insights to refine designs.. Participate in internal reviews with design explorations, quick demos, and prototypes.. Stay current with crypto, fintech, and mobile UX trends.. 3–5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.. Strong mobile UX skills, comfortable designing native-feeling flows.. Fast, iterative design style, generating multiple options quickly.. Strength in interaction design, information architecture, and system-level thinking.. Ability to deliver polished visuals using Figma and prototyping tools.. Experience working in B2C or B2B2C products.. Ability to balance detail-oriented execution with rapid experimentation.. Strong collaborator, comfortable working closely with engineering, product, and marketing.. Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable operating with some ambiguity in a startup environment..
