Develop and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate enterprise solutions, ease-of-configuration, simplicity of architecture, and intelligence of workflows.. Effectively communicate solution value to the business and technical audiences.. Provide needs assessment, consultation, technical solutions, and customer support.. Collaborate with sales and global bid team to respond to customer inquiries from RFx.. Assist in curating RFx responses with product management team.. Communicate with sales directors to manage and prioritize top regional opportunities.. Provide solution feedback and competitive intelligence to product management and marketing teams.. Mentor Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, and POC management.. Travel up to 60% domestically.. Minimum of five years previous Solutions Engineering experience.. Strong affinity with Artificial Intelligence and related technologies.. In-depth knowledge of common Cloud Platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI.. Good knowledge of DevOps processes and tools like Terraform, Cloudformation.. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.. Effective verbal and written communication skills.. Bachelor's degree in information systems or related area, or equivalent certifications.. Domain expertise in Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security.. Exemplary communication and relationship skills.. Strong business and technical document creation skills.. Technical knowledge and aptitude.. Exceptional listening skills..
