Design, configure, and deploy solutions in the Salesforce instance and other tools.. Manage a portfolio of projects, sprint items, hot fixes, and day-to-day tasks.. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams on cross-functional initiatives.. Serve as a functional owner of Salesforce Sales, Service, and CPQ components.. Understand business needs and transform these into functional and technical requirements.. 2+ years experience managing Salesforce instances, projects, and initiatives..
