Lead the end-to-end design process for CoinTracker products, from concept ideation to final implementation.. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements.. Mentor more junior members of the design team.. Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.. Utilize user research and data analysis to inform design decisions.. Maintain and improve design systems and guidelines.. Champion user-centric design principles within the organization.. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and the crypto space.. 8+ years of experience in product design.. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills.. Experience in a startup environment.. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.. Excellent communication skills.. Nice to haves: Motion design, Brand and Design systems experience; knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and the fintech industry is a plus.. Pay range:. $175K - $200K.
