Collaborate daily with Analysts, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers, as well as stakeholders from Product and Engineering to ensure models drive business value.. 3-5 years of Analytics Engineering / Data Engineering experience, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.. Excel at writing complex SQL pipelines within a modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Prefect, Looker/LookML).. Strong foundations in Python, data modeling, and system design.. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effective working with cross-functional teams.. Comfort with ambiguity and skilled at defining technical direction from loosely defined problems..
