Channel the voice of customers to the product team to shape the roadmap. Manage a strong team-member and drive their growth to the next phase. Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from start to finish — including pricing, negotiation, and contract execution. Maintain long-term relationships while generating near-term revenue results. Influence stakeholders through clear storytelling and a deep understanding of the product, market, and customer needs. Travel biweekly or monthly to meet with partners across the U.S. and globally. Collaborate with product and engineering to advocate for partner needs. Run effective demos that align with business outcomes. Coach and develop skills of team members. Set vision and goals that align with cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive business impact. Hungry and motivated about making progress towards enabling everyone in the world to use crypto with peace of mind. Strong strategic judgment. Ambitious and creative in finding and closing new opportunities. Proactive in outreach.
