We're looking for passionate high performers to join our growing team. . Prospect group and preferred corporate leads.. Execute a sales strategy for Kasa's portfolio in a defined area targeting all market segments, including leisure travel, corporate preferred, groups, and others.. Contribute to changing the perception of flexible accommodations among corporate and group travelers.. Work closely with the Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams.. Assess every inbound lead to expand Kasa’s partnerships, profit, and portfolio experience.. Metrics-minded with the ability to break down monthly targets into weekly tasks.. Self-driven to uncover revenue-generating opportunities through industry knowledge and sales strategies.. Experience in a 'building the plane while flying it' environment with adaptability.. 3–5+ years of experience in hotel group sales, corporate accounts, or extended-stay property sales.. Strong background in maintaining and growing key client relationships.. Ability to leverage local market connections to drive business opportunities.. Skilled at overseeing multiple hotels or geographic regions with clear sales strategies.. Proficient in hotel CRM systems for pipeline and client management.. Ability to analyze travel trends, competitor rates, and demand generators.. Strong experience in negotiating group rates, long-term stay agreements, and corporate preferred contracts.. Experience in driving occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through targeted sales efforts.. Exceptional presentation skills to corporate clients and travel managers..
