Serve as a subject-matter expert across the full suite of LivePerson solutions, features, and technical offerings.. Act as a trusted advisor by guiding customers on how to apply LivePerson technical solutions.. Manage customer technical assets, including APIs, integrations, widgets, and code.. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.. Support and lead activities that advance key strategic initiatives.. Optimize and share best practices and lessons learned.. Assist LivePerson partners by providing technical enablement.. BS or BA degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.. 3+ years managing the SaaS software solutions within Enterprise client organizations..
