Strong understanding of business principles and market dynamics.. Experience with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.. Experience in leading and mentoring teams.. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.. Ability to manage complex, multifaceted programs and drive execution.. Experience with program management tools and methods.. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and follow industry trends.. Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from scratch..
