Work with product and UX design managers to deeply understand PagerDuty Operations Cloud functionality and customer journeys. Partner with apps and platform product teams to understand, consolidate, and prioritize UX needs. Deliver a powerful web and mobile user experience platform that empowers app teams to deliver market-leading usability. Guide Accessibility and FedRAMP compliance, internationalization and localization programs to expand product availability. Develop and deliver on an integrated roadmap serving business priorities and product team needs. 2+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or developer tools. Familiarity with web and mobile application design and technical implementation. Technical depth and communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior engineers. Proven success in high-velocity product teams delivering customer value through iteration and feedback loops. Proficiency with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong customer empathy and curiosity-driven approach. Ability to lead through influence and drive outcomes across teams. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
