Collaborate with Sales, Technical Architects, and Service Providers to ensure successful launches and renewals.. Provide customer insights to improve product direction and enhance the Enterprise experience.. 5+ years of experience advising Enterprise customers in a SaaS or digital experience environment.. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.. Ability to analyze customer business using financial and industry data to identify risks and opportunities..
