Track key metrics to measure program effectiveness and gather feedback to iterate on the curriculum.. 3+ years in Sales Enablement, or Learning & Development.. Strong preference for experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, or highly technical B2B SaaS.. Comfortable discussing technical concepts like APIs, directories, and authentication protocols.. Engaging presenter capable of commanding a room or Zoom call.. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cohorts of new hires simultaneously..
