Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Wheel Health. Location Information: United States. Changing the way healthcare works with quality virtual care that scales. Empowering clinicians on the front lines of patient care in telehealth. Moving healthcare forward.. Lead the Company’s annual and long-term financial planning processes.. Publish monthly and quarterly financial reporting to executive leadership and internal stakeholders.. Help drive data-driven decision making across the organization.. Own the operating plan, including long-term planning, annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly management reporting of financial performance.. Partner with Accounting for internal reporting and to ensure accuracy in quarterly rolling forecasts.. Partner with the Commercial and Sales organization on frameworks and best practices for pricing and booking new deals including Deal Desk.. Collaborate with Client Success and Operations on driving business process improvement to optimize the company cost structure.. Influence key decision makers to deliver on long-term growth and profitability.. Prepare presentations for company leadership and Board of Directors, articulating the financial position and outlook.. Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close.. Build solid relationships with cross-functional team members.. Streamline processes, optimize system and technology use, ensure efficient resource utilization.. 10+ years of FP&A experience, including 3-5+ years in leadership roles.. A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, advanced degrees welcomed, CPA, CFA are nice to have.. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; hands-on experience in Google Sheets and Netsuite.. Experience leading an FP&A function and implementing best practices.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. Working knowledge of GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics.. Pay range:. $182K - $240K. Medical, Dental and Vision.
