Shape compelling narratives that highlight research partnerships, clinical outcomes, quality & safety practices, and contributions to the health ecosystem.. Lead communications around research publications and industry events, ensuring consistency across channels.. Develop high-impact communications materials including research summaries, whitepapers, press releases, and industry-facing content.. Build and maintain relationships with journalists at healthcare and medical trade outlets.. Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Medical Officer and medical leaders, elevating their voices through various channels.. Collaborate with research and policy teams to translate scientific insights into credible, human stories.. 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, medical, or research communications.. Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a scientific discipline.. Experience engaging with both medical trade and mainstream media, with strong relationships in health, science, and business press.. Proven ability to lead strategic communications around research findings and clinical milestones.. Experience supporting communications in crisis contexts.. Strong track record of crafting credible, data-driven narratives.. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.. Comfort working alongside executives, physicians, researchers, legal, and policy teams.. Pay range:. $165K - $185K. Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles.
