Build and execute comprehensive launch plans in close partnership with various departments including Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Teams, Enablement, Pricing & Packaging, Legal, Finance, and Partners.. Provide executives and teams with timely updates on features and launches, identify and communicate risks, and discuss potential trade-offs with product and product marketing leadership.. Facilitate cross-functional go-to-market alignment by acting as a partner and liaison across teams, overseeing and managing launch readiness.. Develop compelling, differentiated value propositions and product narratives for mid-market and enterprise audiences.. Create and deliver messaging, positioning, demos, roadmap presentations, and storytelling for GTM teams and events.. Build deep expertise in the Outreach AI Revenue Platform to become an internal subject matter expert.. 5 or more years in enterprise SaaS. Experience in Revenue Orchestration platforms or SaaS software for sales, marketing, or customer teams is a plus.. Change management experience with the ability to handle scope shifts or delays and pivot accordingly.. Proven experience with driving GTM product launches, launch governance and cadence refinement of launch processes and procedures.. Strong cross-functional influence and communication, data-informed decision-making, and a customer-centric focus.. Strategic driver and executor who sees the big picture and thrives in the details.. Ability to communicate clearly, build trust across teams without direct authority, and bring clarity to complexity..
