Execute and manage full-cycle recruiting: strategically partner with operational hiring leaders, source, screen, and schedule candidates, analyze interview data, own closing and offer process, ensure smooth onboarding through People Operations partnership. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with cross-functional partners across Talent & Culture, Strategic Finance, Legal, and others. Deliver qualified, diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships internally and externally. Contribute ideas toward the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, inclusive hiring strategies, and best practices. 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (or a mix of corporate/agency experience; start-up experience a plus!). 3+ years experience working with a company size of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce. Experience identifying, engaging and closing direct and passive candidates. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Strong time management in handling multiple priorities, managing hiring initiatives, and meeting deadlines. Possess a data driven mindset. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and job board platforms (Greenhouse preferred). Experience working in G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, Macbook. Pay range:. $87K - $100K
