Experience identifying, engaging and closing direct and passive candidates. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Strong time management in handling multiple priorities, managing hiring initiatives, and meeting deadlines. Possess a data driven mindset. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and job board platforms (Greenhouse preferred). Experience working in G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, Macbook. Pay range:. $87K - $100K
