Regional Sales Manager (US West Coast - Remote) at Standard Bots. Location Information: United States. Standard Bots builds AI-powered robots which are programmed through simple demonstration. Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and channel partners. Understand customer challenges and align them with our robotics solutions. Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing. Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos, proposals, and solutions for each customer. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, or related technology fields. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflows. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus). Existing network of contacts within manufacturing or automation sectors (preferred). Experience selling complex capital equipment or SaaS-based automation platforms (preferred). Familiarity with industrial robotics, machine vision, or motion control systems (preferred). Pay range:. $110K - $150K. Employee Stock Options. Paid time off. Medical/dental/vision insurance.
