Design and facilitate brand education materials with a focus on elevating consumer experiences and building brand loyalty.. Integrate education initiatives across various channels to create a consistent learning experience.. Develop education and event strategies to improve retail initiatives.. Oversee sourcing and execution of TOA’s and event collaterals.. Manage budget and financial tracking for all events and education spend.. Act as the retail education voice in partnerships with Sales and Marketing.. Communicate market activity and competitive intelligence.. Stay current on beauty industry education trends.. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in retail education, preferably with a hair or wellness brand.. Experience creating educational content for a retail brand within Ulta or Sephora.. Clear understanding of the critical path from development to execution.. Content creation experience producing high-quality internal and consumer facing education and event programs.. Strong commercial instincts and organizational/time management skills.. Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and people skills.. Proficient with computer skills including MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.. Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50% across the US.. Pay range:. $180K - $200K. Fully remote work experience.
