Omada partners include Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota, and other leading health plans.. Design and implement strategies to maximize consumer enrollment.. Utilize industry insights and data to create an outreach playbook.. Develop client-specific strategies using data and consultations.. Leverage marketing data to optimize campaigns.. Monitor and own success metrics using analytical tools.. Report on marketing initiatives with data-driven insights.. Collaborate with internal teams to execute enrollment campaigns.. Ensure efficient processes and seek continuous improvements.. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.. 7+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, marketing consulting, acquisitions marketing, or related fields.. Bonus points for experience in healthcare or employer benefits industries.. Strong interest in creative and analytical aspects of marketing.. Demonstrated ability to optimize and adhere to efficient processes.. Outstanding project management and presentation skills.. Effective collaborator in a fast-paced, high-growth environment..
