Anticipate shifts and create roadmaps out of high disorder to solve complex business problems.. Spot needs outside immediate work, prioritize for maximum impact and help others pivot during transitions.. Drive design patterns, break large initiatives into parts for the team, and contribute to Saviynt's pattern library.. Mentor junior designers and manage contractor teams, overseeing technical quality.. Align with Product Management and Engineering to fulfill product vision.. Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and deliver pixel-perfect final products.. QA work post-UI development for visual and interactive perfection, providing feedback to developers.. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a web-based, product-centric company, with a background in SaaS products.. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or related field.. Proven track record in driving and owning initiatives from concept to delivery, managing teams.. Experience prioritizing for impact across a broad business theme and providing transitional clarity.. Understanding complex data structures and providing design options on hierarchies.. Collaborative, organized, self-motivated, and open to feedback.. Mastery in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.. Experience with HTML and CSS for front-end prototyping.. Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity is a plus.. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.. Experience with user research, data collection, and rapid iteration.. Customer-centric portfolio demonstrating design process from concept to delivery..
