Serve as the trusted HR advisor to the SVP Global Operations and operations leadership team.. Develop a deep understanding of the business, operating models, and regional dynamics.. Provide data-driven recommendations on organizational design and talent allocation.. Navigate workforce planning, AI adoption, and reorganizations with empathy and influence.. Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders.. Lead strategic workforce planning and capability planning.. Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to assess pipeline health.. Design organizational structures optimizing global operations.. Lead succession planning and retention strategies.. Use HR analytics and AI tools for actionable insights.. Monitor external workforce trends and advise on emerging risks.. Drive adoption of new HR programs and workforce strategies.. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.. Promote initiatives that embed equity, inclusion, and belonging.. 10+ years of HRBP or equivalent experience in global, high-growth organizations.. Proven track record of designing and executing talent strategies.. Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate cross-functional decision-making.. Expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent retention strategies.. Strong skills in data, analytics, AI, and automation insights.. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.. Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.. Experience leading HRBP strategy for Global Operations for 1200+ employees.. Prior experience with change management or AI adoption initiatives.. Advanced analytics or people insights experience..
