Document interactions and ongoing resolutions for seamless follow-up.. Ensure member records are accurate and complete.. Multitask using internal tools to verify eligibility and benefits, communicating this information during calls.. Field questions about the purpose and importance of telenutrition.. Match members with the right dietitian and find suitable appointment times.. Assist members with platform and account troubleshooting.. Work with internal and external partners on food delivery and grocery ordering queries.. Maintain accountability when handling sensitive information.. Collaborate with peers and leaders to find accurate solutions to complex problems.. Reliable high-speed internet access with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.. Experience working in a support role, either in person or on live calls.. Ability to communicate complex information concisely in writing.. Experience handling sensitive information, including PII and PHI, with a basic understanding of HIPAA.. A private, secure, and quiet workspace..
