Design & facilitate brand education materials, with an emphasis on elevating consumer experiences and building brand loyalty.. Integrate education initiatives across various channels, including in-person workshops, digital platforms, and social media, to create a consistent learning experience that supports a seamless consumer journey.. Develop education and event strategies to improve all Retail initiatives, anticipating the needs of the business and the impact on cross functional team timelines.. Oversee and facilitate sourcing and execution of TOA’s and event collaterals.. Budget management and financial tracking of all events and education spend.. Serve as Retail education voice through partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and internal Education players on key launches and initiatives to define product positioning and selling strategies.. Communicate market activity and competitive intelligence through an active engagement process.. Stay current on beauty industry education trends and activations, constantly thinking outside the box for education and sales development.. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in retail education preferably with a hair or wellness brand. Experience creating educational content for a retail brand within Ulta or Sephora is a requirement; must demonstrate deep knowledge of retail education, adult learning, and facilitation.. Clear understanding of the critical path from development to execution, especially with tracking spend, collateral development, multi-tasking, education/marketing.. Content Creation experience, ability to produce engaging, high-quality internal and consumer facing education and event programs.. Leads, mentors and inspires cross-functional teams, both in-person and remote, fostering a culture of collaboration, development, and high performance.. Strategic thinking approach; ability to translate data and insights into actionable education and event strategies.. Must possess strong commercial instincts paired with organizational and time management skills.. Possess excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and people skills.. Strong computer skills, including MS Excel/Word/Power Point.. Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50% across the US.. Flexible and adaptable with the ability to embrace change and quickly pivot when needed.. Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize new and modern ways to drive education..
