Daily management of product sell out and education to achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual targets.. Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to drive seasonal marketing and event programs, raising brand awareness, and new customer acquisition.. Effectively launch and drive brand awareness at Ulta, while maintaining day to day business.. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and communicate them to the Regional Sales Manager.. Closely monitor promotions, events and activations with the Regional Sales Manager.. Provide retailer selling reports, new product launch retail analysis and product assortment & event callouts influencing retail sales YOY.. Train and execute gondola seasonal training and education.. Provide weekly/monthly reporting and feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.. 2+ years of experience in open sell, multi branded environment at Ulta locations.. Fluency in English and Spanish.. Ability to build strong partnerships and foster teamwork.. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.. Ability to analyze complex issues and develop relevant plans.. Strong time management, presentation and communication skills.. Proven leadership skills and cross-functional work experience.. Ability to manage inventories and retailer expectations.. Ability to prepare annual YOY business reviews.. Experience in building retailer relationships.. Work week is Tuesday - Saturday. Subject to change.. Ability to travel 50-70% of the time.. Must have a valid driver’s license.. Ability to lift up to 40lbs.. Pay range:. $90K - $94K. Fully remote work experience.
