Develop and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate enterprise solutions.. Effectively communicate solution value to business and technical audiences.. Provide needs assessment, consultation, technical solutions, and customer support.. Collaborate with sales and global bid team members on RFx inquiries.. Assist and collaborate on RFx responses with the product management team.. Communicate with sales directors and management to drive regional opportunities to closure.. Provide solution feedback and competitive intel.. Ramp and coach Solutions Engineers on various technical skills.. Travel up to 40% domestically.. Minimum of five years experience in Solutions Engineering.. Demonstrable success in Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, and/or Identity Security solutions.. Strong affinity with Artificial Intelligence concepts like Generative AI, LLM, etc.. In-depth knowledge of Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI.. Good knowledge of DevOps processes and tools like Terraform, Cloudformation.. Bachelor's degree in information systems or related area, or equivalent certifications.. Effective verbal and written communication skills.. Strong business and technical document creation skills.. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.. Domain expertise in Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or, Cloud Security.. Exceptional listening skills and ability to influence others..
