Pitching and contributing to weekly news stories and evergreen features across BDG Lifestyle and Parenting sites. Assisting with writing copy and content for Instagram, TikTok, X, video, and more. Assisting the social team with content strategy, creative development, and production. Assisting BDG Lifestyle and Parenting editorial teams with special tasks and projects. Conducting interviews with experts across a number of different fields. Assisting with tracking industry-wide trends across social platforms. Making sure BDG evergreen stories include the most current data, information, products, and scientific research available. Assisting with sourcing evergreen content for repromotion on social. Assisting with compiling and analyzing social analytics. Enthusiasm for BDG’s mission, brand voices and audiences. Passion to work at a fast-paced digital media company. Capable of identifying trending topics/influencers. A flexible, attentive, and ambitious mindset. Enthusiasm for problem-solving and critical thinking. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset. Basic knowledge of all current and emerging social media platforms. Ability to write snappy, smart copy. Ability to follow instructions and implement feedback accordingly. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently when necessary.
