Own and evolve the existing marketing technology stack, including day-to-day system management, troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate data flow between platforms.. Drive continuous optimization of marketing tools and platforms, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and business impact.. Own data strategy across marketing systems, including data collection, segmentation, governance, and analysis to enable highly targeted, personalized campaigns.. Lead and influence seamless integration between marketing technology and adjacent systems, ensuring alignment across GTM.. Implement, oversee, and scale marketing campaigns to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, growth, and digital marketing teams to develop high-impact, data-driven campaigns.. Define and maintain end-to-end processes to measure and track marketing performance, ensuring clean handoffs, consistent attribution, and actionable reporting.. Establish robust reporting mechanisms to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.. Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.. Ensure marketing technology practices comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.. Proven experience (6+ years) in Marketing Operations or Marketing Management with a strong focus on MarTech strategy and management.. Proficiency with an enterprise tech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, 6sense, and Tableau, etc).. Marketo ACE-MEBP certification is a plus.. Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving data-informed decisions and business outcomes.. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, technologies, and industry trends..
