Procurement Lead at Hungryroot. Location Information: United States. Hungryroot is the online grocery service that makes healthy eating easy and personal.. Drive vendor consolidation, pricing normalization, and contract discipline. Own enterprise-wide vendor spend visibility, sourcing, and negotiation. Establish procurement workflows and approval processes, as necessary, without slowing down the business. Partner with FP&A to integrate savings into budgeting and forecasting. Develop supplier performance metrics and ongoing vendor management over time. 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply/vendor management. Proven track record of delivering cost savings and operational improvements at scale. Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills. Experience partnering with Finance/FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis. Ability to build processes and teams in a high-growth environment. Strong analytical skills with comfort working across spend data and vendor economics. Experience in consumer, e-commerce, food, or high-growth operating environments is preferred. Prior leadership experience building a procurement function from the ground up is a plus. Competitive salary. Remote work
