Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly team sales revenue targets.. Drive the team to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.. Provide in-depth coaching through deal reviews with methodologies like MEDDPICC.. Deliver precise and reliable monthly and quarterly team sales forecasts.. Maintain a positive, people-first culture.. Continuously coach the sales team on advanced sales methodologies.. Manage individual and team performance regularly.. Coordinate with cross-functional leaders and teams to support sales priorities.. Guide reps in developing comprehensive territory plans.. Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new sales talent.. Serve as a conduit for market feedback to product and marketing teams.. Ensure consistent and accurate CRM usage for pipeline management.. Minimum of 5+ years of direct sales experience within the K12 education market.. Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading a sales team.. Experience managing teams to a collective quota of $5M+ annually.. Minimum of 4+ years of experience selling into large Enterprise accounts.. Proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.. Superior verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast accurately.. Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.. Understanding of K12 procurement processes.. Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field or equivalent practical experience.. Pay range:. $220K - $240K.
