Define and lead upper- and mid-funnel media strategies, ensuring investments build long-term brand equity while fueling acquisition and performance goals.. Manage substantial multi-million-dollar media budgets across various channels.. Establish a clear media investment framework aligning awareness and consideration KPIs with growth objectives.. Serve as the executive thought partner to Growth, Brand, and Creative leadership.. Drive innovation in placements, partnerships, and sponsorships.. Evaluate and secure non-traditional media opportunities.. Incorporate AI-driven tools and emerging media platforms into planning.. Partner with Data & Analytics for informed media strategies.. Leverage tools to identify opportunities and track awareness and favorability.. Use research and measurement to refine targeting and channel allocation.. Ensure KPIs are monitored and linked to business outcomes.. Establish feedback loops and performance recaps for strategy improvement.. Work with Creative to optimize messaging for media channels.. Partner with Performance Marketing for a full-funnel growth engine.. Act as a bridge across Growth, Brand, and Analytics.. Lead and mentor Media Managers and Analysts.. 12+ years of experience in media strategy, brand marketing, or growth marketing.. Experience working in an eCommerce/DTC company.. Deep expertise in upper- and mid-funnel media planning.. Familiarity with brand research tools and ability to translate findings into strategies.. Strong understanding of MMM, MTA, incrementality testing.. Demonstrated ability to design innovative placements and partnerships.. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.. Leadership experience managing and developing teams.. Proven track record of integrating brand and performance marketing.. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and large data set analysis.. Experience with multiple analytics and measurement tools.. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with understanding of marketing metrics.. Proven cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.. Pay range:. $190K - $210K. Fully remote work experience.
