Serve as the first line of defense when something breaks. Diagnose fast, fix fast, communicate clearly.. 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development. 3+ Experience with production-level monitoring, error observability, and performance tuning (Sentry, Datadog, etc.). 3+ years coding with Python, Go or Typescript. Experience with Agentic tools, LangChain, AI SDKs (Vercel AI SDK, OpenAI Builder, preferred). Experience working in Test-Driven Environments. Thrive in ambiguity. Able to ask right questions, make reasonable assumptions, and start building.. Excellent communication with stakeholders across Technical and Non-technical backgrounds. Experienced technical background working with stakeholders in software development and data engineering.. Able to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
