Family-centered mental health and addiction treatment provider with a full continuum of care for teens & young adults.. Serve as the primary People & Culture advisor for assigned facilities, ensuring mission alignment.. Coach managers to lead with empathy and accountability.. Use data-driven insights for engagement and workforce planning.. Partner with regional leaders for workforce planning and hiring strategy.. Lead hiring strategy for cultural and quality fit.. Create proactive talent pipelines.. Act as the subject matter expert on behavioral health regulations and employment law.. Lead investigations into employee relations matters.. Use business metrics and analytics to diagnose and drive people strategy.. 3+ years in HR with experience in employee relations and performance management.. Fluency in employment law, regulations, and HR best practices.. Ability to navigate complex ER situations and drive change.. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus..
