Offer comprehensive best practice guidance to customers at various stages of their journey by facilitating workshops and providing strategic advisory support.. Assist customers in establishing a data strategy to track KPIs and recommend strategies to improve adoption, engagement, and business impact.. Present strategic recommendations and insights to customer stakeholders to connect communication strategies and platform use cases to broader organizational priorities.. Collaborate with customers to develop a content strategy and guide publishers in following best practices and governance strategies.. Work with Customer Success Managers to proactively identify and mitigate risks in Enterprise accounts.. Partner with the Presales team to showcase unique differentiation in communications design, strategy, and business impact.. Coach Business Value Consultants to provide mentorship and strategic guidance.. Lead strategic initiatives by managing Business Value Consulting projects and coordinating cross-functional efforts.. Act as an escalation point for Business Consultants to resolve complex customer issues.. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.. 8+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS customer success, or equivalent communications experience.. Demonstrated client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.. Ability to successfully collaborate internally with multiple teams.. Capability to develop and execute data-driven strategies for business growth and customer success.. Experience owning the full value lifecycle, from discovery to post-sale validation.. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.. Experience building business cases, ROI models, or value frameworks.. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.. Strong project management skills and ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.. Operational knowledge of internal communication or HR platforms, or similar platforms preferred..
