Senior Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing at Seer Interactive. Location Information: United States. Performance marketing agency where people & data intersect. Focused on PPC, SEO, Analytics, Creative, & CRO Services.. Responsible for a $2.5M revenue target from inbound leads and work to bring in additional revenue from follow ups.. Manage inbound leads and develop your own pipeline through strategic outbound efforts.. Demonstrate expertise in both inbound and outbound strategies to ensure a robust sales pipeline.. Own and manage all processes from lead qualification to client kick-off meeting.. Create and present comprehensive SEO, PPC, and Analytics strategies to prospective clients.. Consult with prospective clients to align marketing strategy with long-term business goals.. Conduct competitive SEO, PPC, and Analytics analyses for inbound leads.. Prepare and deliver site-specific proposals and negotiate contracts.. Become a thought leader, providing content for the Seer blog and speaking at conferences.. Deliver the white glove approach to client transitions between Business Strategy and account teams.. Utilize sales methodologies like MEDDIC for lead qualification and deal closure.. Represent Seer at conferences and in-person client visits with 20-25% travel.. Years of experience in SEO, paid media, or both, with practical expertise.. Ability to manage and develop a sales pipeline using strategic outbound efforts.. Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Ahrefs.. Experience in presenting strategy to senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams.. Understanding of AI and its application in marketing and business development.. Ability to communicate clearly and set expectations internally and externally.. Track record of building business development capability, with experience in growing client relationships.. Pay range:. $93K - $125K. Total compensation for this role is $93,000 - 125,000 annually.. Bonus for high performance available.. Evaluation of compensation at least once a year.
