Manage one of the biggest growth channels which has grown 400% YoY.. Support end-to-end Paid Search strategy across Shopping (PLA) and Text Ads.. Drive performance, scalability, and innovation across Google and emerging search platforms.. Focus on feed optimization, testing, and ecommerce growth.. 5+ years of managing Paid Search programs with large budgets with a focus on product listing ads.. Strong understanding of feed-based advertising and product-level optimization.. Proven experience with title testing, image testing, and structured experimentation.. Experience building and managing highly granular PLA account structures.. Experience working with large product catalogs in ecommerce environment.. Expertise in implementing measures to improve Quality scores, CTR’s and managing large portfolio of cross category keywords.. Expertise in Google Adwords, Google Ads editor along with experience in Bing Ads.. In-depth understanding of Paid Search campaign management and optimization best practices.. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.. Proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.. Strong program management and organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with ease.. Test, Learn and Scale mindset.. Strong proficiency in Google sheets/Excel.. Experience with Google Ads scripts.. Preferred experience with visualization & analytical tools like Looker and SQL.. Preferred experience with tools like SA360, SKAI or Marin.. Understanding of attribution models, measurement frameworks, and automation tools.. Experience with international search programs.. Background in ecommerce or marketplace environments.. Familiarity with feed management tools (e.g., GMC rules, supplemental feeds, third-party tools).. Understanding of merchandising, inventory, and margin-driven bidding strategies.. Pay range:. $115K - $140K
