Staff Data Scientist, Growth Analytics at Foodsmart. Location Information: United States. Foodsmart is the largest telehealth network of registered dietitians in the country with a mission to make eating well simple.. Own the analytical strategy for the end-to-end marketing funnel, including call center function and member lifecycle.. Own the product analytics domain, partnering with the product team.. Serve as the executive-facing owner of the marketing and product performance narrative.. Design and lead Foodsmart’s experimentation program across both marketing and product.. Own and evolve Foodsmart's attribution framework, including media mix modeling.. Partner with Growth Marketing leadership as the embedded analytical lead.. Own the dbt data models for the marketing and product domains.. Engineer context into the semantic layer and BI environment.. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership audiences.. Raise the bar for the analytics team on experimentation design, dbt modeling, and context engineering.. Bachelor's degree, ideally in a quantitative or technical field; Master's degree is a plus.. 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation.. Deep expertise in experimentation and causal inference.. Strong background in attribution modeling.. Experience owning lifecycle analytics.. Hands-on experience with product analytics instrumentation, such as Statsig.. Experience with call center analytics is a plus.. Expert-level proficiency in SQL and strong proficiency in Python.. Deep experience with dbt, including source and mart-layer modeling.. Experience with context engineering for BI and AI self-service.. Proven fluency with AI-native developer and analyst tooling.. Experience in marketplace business models or healthcare is a plus.. Excellent communication skills.. Pay range:. $170K - $200K. Remote-First Company. Unlimited PTO. Flexible & remote location.
