Handle complex employee relations matters such as conflict resolution, medical accommodations, leave cases, and legal partnerships.. Lead and project manage organization-wide people initiatives.. Own learning & development and manager enablement programs.. Lead bi-annual performance calibrations across business units.. Manage and develop the People Operations Team.. Champion culture and engagement within the organization.. Innovate through AI and tooling to streamline people workflows.. Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.. Ability to balance people components with organizational needs.. In-depth people and organizational insight to address potential conflicts early..
