Engage with school district leaders and educators to understand their data analytics needs and educate diverse stakeholders on how to effectively use the dashboards to interpret data.. Design and develop customized metrics and dashboards.. Utilize SQL for database management and queries, ensuring accurate and accessible data solutions.. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the data dashboards by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving platform and data quality issues to ensure reliable reporting and effective data modeling.. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and Product to enhance the data platform.. Experience in working with educational data and familiarity with K-12 schools.. Experience working with data visualization tools and dashboard design.. Ability to translate complex data into digestible and actionable information.. Advanced SQL skills.. Experience working independently on projects.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. Passion for education and improving educational outcomes.. +4 years of experience as a data analyst, data engineer, or similar role.. Nice to Have: Experience with Python for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.. Nice to Have: Experience working with a K12 Student Information System such as Infinite Campus, PowerSchool, Skyward, or Aeries.. Pay range:. $110K - $120K.
