Staff Product Manager - Food Access & Benefits at Foodsmart. Location Information: United States. Foodsmart is the largest telehealth network of registered dietitians in the country with a mission to make eating well simple.. Own the roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod end-to-end — from discovery through launch and iteration.. Become an expert in the Food & Food Benefits ecosystem through research, interviews, and building relationships with thought leaders.. Translate complex operational workflows and multi-party requirements into scalable, well-defined product capabilities.. Design and advocate for the member experience, making the process delightfully seamless.. Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to define systems architecture for configuring, launching, and managing benefits programs.. Balance client-driven timelines with building platform capabilities that grow over time.. Design and own the product systems for benefits programs for members and clients.. Build tools and workflows for Client Success, Partnerships, and Clinical Operations to run food access and benefits programs.. Partner with product marketing and commercial teams for go-to-market strategies for new services.. Set the strategy for the Food Access & Benefits pod with autonomy, aligning with CPO and cross-functional leadership.. Advocate for operational scalability across product decisions to offer more services efficiently.. Influence adjacent pods and platform architecture to embed access and benefits capabilities into the member journey.. Contribute to cross-pod planning and portfolio prioritization.. 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.. Strong track record of launching new products or service lines end-to-end.. Experience working with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams.. Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools.. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with benefits management platforms, employer health benefits, or government programs; exposure to food retail, food ordering, or supply chain partnerships in health contexts..
