Senior Technical Program Manager at Twitch. Location Information: United States. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to solve critical business problems. Identify areas of strategic opportunity, determining when a program makes sense, or doesn’t. Collaborate with other TPMs across the company on both cross-company strategic programs, as well as on continually improving best practices in this domain. 6+ years of experience as a TPM or Engineering Manager. Understanding of when introducing process makes sense and when it doesn’t. Experience working directly with ICs on designing solutions and understanding problem spaces. Experience working directly with executives to drive clarity and deliver results on complex programs. Passion for working in a mission driven organization. Pay range:. $171K - $231K.
