Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support product launches, demand generation, and customer growth initiatives.. Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and timelines with Product Marketing and Customer Growth teams.. Maintain campaign calendars and ensure programs launch smoothly.. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights with internal stakeholders.. Recommend improvements to campaign tactics and targeting.. Run experiments and tests to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.. Leverage AI tools to increase marketing productivity, improve campaign execution, and accelerate learning.. Contribute insights and learnings that help the marketing team scale AI-enabled marketing practices.. 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution within a technology or SaaS company.. Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid media, webinars, and digital programs.. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.. Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong.. Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.. Strong written and verbal communication skills.. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.. Experience marketing to associations, membership organizations, or nonprofit organizations.. Experience supporting product launches or lifecycle marketing programs..
