Define and develop Outreach’s corporate development strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives. Identify acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities that expand product capabilities, market presence, and technical differentiation. Conduct market landscape analysis to inform build vs buy decisions. Lead end-to-end M&A execution including target sourcing, valuation modeling, diligence coordination, negotiation, and deal structuring. Build detailed financial models and present investment recommendations to executive leaders and Board of Directors. Drive post-merger integration planning and execution. Ensure cultural alignment and operational continuity. Establish synergy targets and track performance post-close. 9+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity or strategic finance. Proven track record leading complex M&A transactions from sourcing through integration. Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise. Ability to operate strategically while driving tactical execution. Experience presenting to executive teams and Boards of Directors. Data driven and highly analytical. High integrity and discretion-minded. Experience in high-growth or technology-driven environments preferred. Pay range:. $190K - $200K. Flexible time off. 401k to help you save for the future.
