Senior GTM Engineer, Marketing Operations at Webflow. Location Information: United States. Design, build, and maintain multi-system automation workflows for data enrichment, automated outreach and actioning, lifecycle stage progression, and field intelligence.. Build and maintain predictive scoring models for accounts and people.. Own the data modeling and integration work for systems like SFDC, Marketo, Clay, and Snowflake.. Architect and implement automated outreach and lead lifecycle automation to improve speed-to-lead and scale GTM execution.. Manage and optimize the cost and credit efficiency of automated workflows, including LLM usage and API usage.. Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.. Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and MCP integrations.. 5+ years of hands-on GTM engineering, marketing operations, or revenue operations experience in a SaaS environment or equivalent relevant experience.. Deep Salesforce & MAP experience with complex Salesforce object schemas and relational databases.. Proven experience building automations in workflow automation tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier.. Deep familiarity with the cost mechanics of automated workflows.. Experience building and consuming API and MCP integrations.. Pay range:. $153K - $195K.
