Facilitate cross-functional consensus between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success.. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities in standard renewals.. Maintain Salesforce data to flag churn risks early and provide pipeline transparency.. Negotiate with enterprise customers to ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and contractual obligations.. 3–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or Account Management.. Comfortable with negotiation and influencing decision-makers.. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to navigate shifting priorities.. Pro-level experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools.. Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management is a plus.. Comfortable working across regions and bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus.. Pay range:. $38.46 - $43.10p/h.
