Own the strategic direction for GitLab's global upsell and expansion campaign portfolio.. Partner with Product Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue leadership.. Partner with Regional Campaigns and international GTM leaders for regional activation.. Lead high-visibility integrated campaigns across multiple product tiers and geographies.. Own analytics, experimentation, and budget strategy for expansion campaigns.. Set the bar for technical and strategic quality, mentoring Senior and Lead campaign managers.. Represent Global Campaigns in executive forums.. Deep B2B SaaS marketing experience in integrated campaign strategy.. Experience evolving a marketing function's operating model.. Experience operating globally with regional GTM teams.. History of leading ambiguous, multi-quarter initiatives.. Proven ability to influence at VP and C-level.. Strong analytical depth with budget ownership and attribution modeling skills.. Technical fluency with developer, DevOps, or platform engineering audiences.. Experience setting standards for a marketing function.. Fluency with modern marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.. Experience in DevOps, developer tools, or open source ecosystems preferred.. Background spanning product marketing, growth, and lifecycle marketing preferred.. Previous contribution to strengthening a campaigns function preferred.. Pay range:. $139K - $235K
