Drive stakeholder alignment across Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT leadership. Manage delivery cadence, sprint planning, risk tracking, and escalation resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact between client leadership and the delivery team. Keep the program on track and communicate status clearly to executive stakeholders. Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols. Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards. Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information. 10+ years in Salesforce program management, with direct hands-on experience owning CPQ implementations. A track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream enterprise programs end-to-end. Strong executive presence — you are comfortable representing the program in client leadership conversations. Experience in SaaS or subscription-heavy Revenue Operations environments (Nice to Have). Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or ARM (Nice to Have). Competitive salary. Remote work
