A preferred vendor of Compass, Luxury Presence was founded by Malte Kramer, a Stanford GSB graduate, and is backed by Silicon Valley’s Switch Ventures and top angel investors.. Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform.. Make agents first-class developers by generalizing agent isolation patterns.. Own the validation platform and quality gate frameworks.. Build internal tooling, observability, and metrics.. Staff-level ownership in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.. Active use of AI development tools in infrastructure workflow.. Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience.. Strong IaC (Terraform) and GitOps experience.. Identity, access, and policy-as-code experience.. Proven track record building self-service developer platforms or internal developer portals.. CI/CD depth including caching/parallelism, artifact management, test reliability, and pipeline observability.. Cost-awareness in platform building.. Excellent cross-team communication..
