Own a portfolio of established HCP accounts, deepening engagement and driving incremental reorders and portfolio expansion within each practice.. Design and execute outreach campaigns using email, phone, and digital channels to generate awareness, demand, and sell-through of the Nutrafol portfolio.. Present Nutrafol’s product portfolio to physicians and practice decision-makers to maximize adoption.. Cover open territories, maternity and other leaves of absence, ensuring continuity of service and revenue.. Utilize corporate marketing initiatives, promotions, and strategies to build engagement and drive sales.. Use Salesforce to track account activity, log engagement, manage pipeline stages, and report on sales metrics.. Collaborate with field sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams for alignment on brand messaging and account strategy.. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professional passion, modeling Nutrafol’s standards.. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant sales experience.. 3–5 years of success in Inside Sales, account management, or B2B sales role with a track record of growing existing accounts and exceeding quotas.. Preferred experience in medical, aesthetic, healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry selling to physicians, HCPs, or practice decision-makers.. Ability to build long-term relationships with strong consultative selling skills.. Excellent communication and active listening skills.. Highly organized and adaptable.. Solution-oriented problem solver and a collaborative team player.. Pay range:. $80K - $90K. Fully remote work experience.
