Track support patterns, identify root causes, and partner with senior team members to drive lasting improvements.. Build and maintain reports/dashboards; support data loads, audits, and compensation workflows.. Contribute to team AI initiatives, including agentic workflows and automation projects.. Partner with HR, Recruiting, and Compensation teams to understand needs and deliver timely solutions.. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.. 1–3 years in a technical, systems, or analytics role (internship experience is also welcome).. Self-sufficient problem-solving skills.. Customer-focused approach.. Detail-oriented management of multiple tickets.. Improvement-minded with identifying patterns and root causes.. Ability to produce clear, accessible documentation.. Collaborative work style in tandem with systems administrators and senior team members.. Naturally curious to learn new tools and figure things out independently.. Coursework or knowledge in databases, systems design, APIs, or data structures (preferred).. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or HR analytics tools (preferred).. Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, Asana, Jira, or Web3 concepts (preferred).. Pay range:. $67K - $170K.
