Refine and implement processes in partnership with leadership peers.. Teach Account Managers to act as the CEO of their business, executing a territory plan and exceeding quota.. 2+ years of outstanding results leading team(s) at sales organizations.. Results-driven coach, mentor, and role model.. Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools.. Experience in a closing role prior to leadership.. Managing existing customers and their renewals.. Experience in a solution sale requiring multiple stakeholder sign-off.. Helping teams develop business cases and ROI documentation..
